Each morning, I savored the delightful buffet breakfast served from 7 AM, a perfect blend of local flavors and international delights. I took advantage of the terrace, enjoying the morning air while feasting on homemade jams and a variety of eggs, all set against the stunning backdrop of the surrounding vineyards. The restaurant ambiance struck a lovely balance, offering a welcoming and serene atmosphere. I opted for dinner, where the innovative menu presented a good selection, though I noted that vegan choices were limited. Each dish I tried was beautifully crafted, with a well-curated wine list that featured local options. Evenings were charming, and I found the outdoor terrace a pleasant spot to unwind. The hotel's commitment to quality cuisine and its accommodating staff made the entire dining experience memorable. A remarkable retreat for food enthusiasts, indeed!
